Mr. Tan Guofeng (谭国峰) has 15 years of experience in the fintech industry. He previously worked at IBM as Senior Client Representative in the Greater China Financial Services Division. He led teams in management consulting and system services for asset-liability management, supply chain finance, liquidity risk and Basel II systems, funds transfer pricing, and central bank large- and small-value payment and anti-money laundering in the banking industry. He later joined the Visa card organization as Business Development Director for China, providing business support and management consulting services to major domestic card issuers. He then joined BIC Investment Company and became a partner, mainly responsible for investments in the TMT sector. From 2015 to 2017 he was a partner at Cybernaut Group (赛伯乐集团), responsible for the group's industrial investment, investment and M&A. Member of the China Advisory Committee of the Korea Venture Investment Corporation (KVIC), and from 2016 to 2019 a member of the Financial Working Committee of the G20 business organization B20.
