Representative Director Kim Namjung (김남정), a founding member of P&P Investment, based on his experience promoting industrial policy at economic ministries, takes the lead in fund formation (fundraising), and focuses on discovering and investing in companies with core technology that can change people's lives and nurturing them into companies that will become leaders of industry. Currently, centered on Representative Kim Namjung, P&P Investment is creating various venture investment success stories in fields such as system semiconductors and intellectual property rights, and is managing the company with the goal of becoming a domestic Top 20 VC as of 2025. Representative Director Kim Namjung served as Deputy Director-General (Bu-isagwan) at the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, and also has expertise as a patent attorney and holder of a doctorate in engineering.
