Named one of China's Top 10 Private Equity Investors in 2011, 2013, 2015, 2016 and 2020; China's Top 100 Leading Investors in 2016 and 2022; Top 50 Best Returnee Investors in 2023. Founded and led the PE, VC and fund-of-funds platforms of CICC, and served as Chairman, personally managing CICC Jiacheng's first RMB 4.8 billion equity investment fund, whose investment returns ranked among the top of comparable funds in which the National Council for Social Security Fund held stakes; founded the RMB 40 billion National Strategic Emerging Industry Fund, which invested in nearly 200 angel/VC sub-funds; direct investments exceed RMB 30 billion; completed equity/debt financing and M&A projects worth over US$10 billion at Credit Suisse on Wall Street and in CICC's investment banking department. Serves as a Council Member of the National Science and Technology Achievements Transformation Guidance Fund and a member of the Greater China Advisory Board of the Yale School of Management, among other positions; holds an MBA from Yale University, and a Bachelor's in International Law and a Master's in International Economic Law from Wuhan University.
