About
Joined Toyo Trust and Banking (now Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking) in 1991. There he worked in compliance, legal and risk management as General Manager of the Legal Department and Deputy General Manager of Compliance. In 2023 joined Link Partners Law Office, working on legal and compliance advice for venture companies and financial institutions. In 2025 moved to Miyake Law Office, which has strengths in the financial field. Has served as lecturer at Seikei University Law School and Keio University Law School, and as outside director and Audit and Supervisory Committee member of Wacom. In December 2024 became Compliance Advisor to Femto Partners. Graduated from the Department of Law, Faculty of Law, Keio University. Completed Seikei University Law School. Completed the University of Pennsylvania Law School (LLM). Attorney in Japan and New York State.
