Ms. Zhang Kaixin is currently a Senior Manager at 上海鸿富私募基金管理有限公司 (Shanghai Hongfu Private Fund Management Co., Ltd.). She holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Central South University and is qualified as a CPA and a lawyer. Before joining Hongfu Asset Management, she worked at well-known investment institutions and biomedical companies, holding positions including Senior Manager and Chief Financial Officer. She was responsible for completing the company's RMB 100 million-level Series A financing, the shareholding reform, the design of the equity incentive plan and day-to-day financial management, and participated in investment projects including 宇泽新能源 (Yuze New Energy) and 百胜动力 (Baisheng Power). Before working in investment, she was a management trainee at China Merchants Bank.
