Over 25 years of experience in domestic and international corporate management, finance, M&A, risk control, auditing, fraud investigation and post-investment management. Has served as independent director and audit committee chair of several companies listed in Hong Kong, the US and mainland China A-shares, and is currently independent director and audit committee chair of A-share companies Jiangling Motors (SZ000550) and Quanxinhao (全新好, SZ000007). Previously worked in China and the US at accounting firms Arthur Andersen and KPMG, and held roles at various large and mid-sized companies, including Asia-Pacific audit head at Snap-on Tools and Briggs & Stratton, Chief Risk Officer at AEI-Huatong (AEI-华通), Vice Chairman of Fosun Group's Beehive (集团蜂巢), Group Chief Financial Officer and General Manager of Audit at Fosun Group (复星集团), Chief Financial Officer at Shenrui Technology (深睿科技), and Chief Executive Officer at Maijindi Group (麦金地集团). Has accumulated extensive corporate operations and management experience.
