Mr. Bao Zhipu is currently an Executive Director at Xinghang Capital. Mr. Bao has more than 10 years of private equity investment and corporate investment management experience. He previously worked at SDIC Innovation, Hony Capital and Chenyi Investment, with a long-term focus on investments in carbon neutrality, advanced manufacturing and technology, and the projects he led and participated in have a cumulative investment amount of over RMB 6 billion. During that time he served as Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of Yingfeng Environmental (SZ.000967), responsible for the group's first-level department, the Strategic Investment Department, and the industry research institute. Mr. Bao is currently pursuing an EMBA at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University in the US; he received a Master's degree in Quantitative Analysis from the University of Rochester in 2013 and a Master's degree in Materials Science from the University of Rochester in 2012.
