About

After experience in many fields including music composer, robot development and biochemistry research in the US, turned into an IT entrepreneur. A serial entrepreneur in the advertising technology field who has experienced both an M&A exit and an IPO through two startups. In September 2005 founded Brainer Inc., a content-match advertising business, and became Representative Director. In April 2008 sold the company to Yahoo Japan Corporation. After that began angel investing in IT ventures and others in earnest. In October 2010 founded FreakOut Inc. and became Representative Director. In June 2013, listed on the Mothers market 3 years and 9 months after founding. In January 2017 became Representative Director and Global CEO of FreakOut Holdings, Inc. In February 2018 became Representative Director, President and Global CEO of FreakOut Holdings, Inc., overseeing overall management of the group in Japan and abroad.
