Associate Researcher at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Distinguished Researcher at the National Institution for Finance & Development, and Special Researcher at the Development Research Center of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government. Currently Executive Director of Shanghai Dunhong Asset Management Co., Ltd. (上海敦鸿资产管理有限公司), CEO of Zhejiang Chengzhang Cultural Creative Asset Management Co., Ltd. (浙江成长文创资产管理有限公司), Chairman of the Investment Decision Committee of Yize Capital Management Co., Ltd. (易泽资本管理有限公司, Mango Cultural Creative Fund), and Chairman of the Investment Decision Committee of Shanghai Cultural Industry Development Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. (上海文化产业发展投资基金管理有限公司). Previously the main person in charge at Haitong Securities' Research Institute, M&A Department, Fixed Income Department, Derivatives Department and Haitong Creative Capital. As the main person in charge, prepared and operated multiple cultural funds, including the Shanghai Cultural Industry Equity Investment Fund (2012), Mango Haitong Cultural Fund (2014), Mango Cultural Creative Fund (2015), Zhejiang Cultural Industry Fund (2016), Huawei (骅伟) Cultural Fund (2016) and Huabao (骅报) Cultural Fund (2017), with cultural funds under management totaling more than RMB 10 billion.
