Founder and Managing Partner of Heli Capital (和利资本), with twenty years of investment and fund management experience in the TMT industry, integrated circuits and high-end manufacturing. Previously Partner at Yihe Venture Capital (怡和创投, a regional fund founded in 1990 focused on Asia-Pacific semiconductor investment), Executive Partner at Yuanhe Zhongyuan (元禾重元), Executive Partner at Yuanhe Origin (元禾原点), and General Manager of Tongli Venture Capital Co., Ltd. (同利创业投资有限公司). Investment projects he led: AAC Technologies Changzhou (常州瑞声科技, 02018.HK), Suntech Power Wuxi (无锡尚德太阳能, NYSE: STP), Shanghai Haier Integrated Circuits (上海海尔集成电路, acquired by 300183), Spreadtrum (展讯科技, NASDAQ: SPRD), Yanjing Optoelectronics (研晶光电, 6559.TW), Cambricon (中科寒武纪, 688256) and others. Repeatedly invited by Shanghai Finance Channel to be a mentor on entrepreneurship programs, and selected by the production team as the "Ace Bole" (top talent scout) and the Most Dedicated Mentor of 2010. Served as a lecturer for the Shanghai Jiao Tong University Private Equity and International Venture Investment and Financing Executive Program. In 2018 was awarded the title "Nanjing Investment Promotion Ambassador" by the Nanjing Municipal Government, and in 2020 received honors including 36Kr's annual "China Chip and Semiconductor Investors TOP20" and the China IC Fengyun Awards' "Outstanding Investor of the Year".
