Before joining Dunamu & Partners, I headed a travel business worth hundreds of billions of won at TMON, where I led annual transaction volume growth of over 20% and operating profitability improvement of over 30%. The key to the success was converting a labor-intensive travel business model, involving more than 200 staff, into a data-driven OTA platform.
