Eric is a three-time technical co-founder with deep expertise in AI and building venture-backed companies from 0 to 1. Most recently, he co-founded Humanist Venture Studio, an AI-focused venture studio. Previously, he co-founded Degreed, where he led the technical team through multiple stages of growth, and served as Managing Partner at Future of Work Studios, helping launch Learn In (acquired by Degreed) and BookClub. Eric's technical focus spans AI, machine learning, cloud architecture and information security. He specializes in transforming ambitious ideas into shipping products, leading technical teams through rapid iteration and scale, and identifying where emerging technology capabilities create genuine market opportunities.
