Dr. Ernesto Villarini-Baquero is Managing Director of the Community Venture Capital Alliance (CDVCA), a nonprofit organization dedicated to venture and private capital investing for community and economic development. He leads CDVCA’s Puerto Rico office, co-manages the $45 million Puerto Rico Fund for Growth, directs the $2.5M Unlock Capital investment readiness program, and engages in advocacy efforts and field building activities.
