Francisco Dianderas joined HMC Capital in 2011 and currently serves as Partner and Co-Head of Structuring & Operations. He supports product structuring and oversees operations related to HMC Capital’s investment strategies. Before joining HMC Capital, he was Chief Operating Officer at LarrainVial Peru, where he participated in the firm’s authorization process and launch in the Peruvian capital markets. During that period, he was also involved in structuring closed-end funds for Peruvian institutional investors focused on Private Equity, Real Estate, High Yield Fixed Income, Small Cap Equities, and Exchange Traded Funds.
