Fred is Co-Founder and General Partner of Haatch, where he oversees the firm's end-to-end operations. He built his career by scaling what matters. At Kiddicare.com and, after its acquisition, at Morrisons, the UK's fourth-largest supermarket, Fred led high-profile, large-scale innovation programmes, partnering with cutting-edge early-stage startups to build award-winning digital experiences and close the online-offline gap for millions of customers every week. Since co-founding Haatch in 2013, he has led from the front: launching the firm's tax-efficient funds in 2018 and its institutional funds in 2022. Over the past decade, he has invested capital in over 200 companies, created a strategy, process and operational environment to expand Haatch to over 3,000 investors, and delivered a run of industry-firsts across retail access, syndicate strategy, and fund technology.
