Fredrik has held the position of CEO at Oslo Business Region and Katapult.VC. He es currently CSO at Katapult.vc as a partner, board and IC member, managed investment processes, served numerous boards, and is currently building AI tools for investors as Chair at Northstar IA. He adds to 2M2Ds competitive advantages with experience from the several hundred startups assessed yearly, in-depth AI knowledge, and the X-factor of great founder teams and their scalable tech solutions. He also writes articles on entrepreneurship on a regular basis, holds several board positions, and has a long term background as management consultant and researcher on business and leadership development. He got his PhD on management studies from NTNUs Department of Industrial Economics.
