About
Gil is an Operating Partner at Waterline. Previously, Gil was the CEO and Co-Founder of RubiconMD, an eConsult service that connects providers to same-day insights from top specialists. Waterline first invested in RubiconMD in 2014, and it was acquired by Oak Street Health in 2021. Oak Street was then acquired by CVS in 2023. Gil continues to serve as CEO of RubiconMD operating within the broader parent companies. Prior to RubiconMD, Gil worked in Investor Relations at Xerox, and then as a Consultant at Putnam Associates. He also serves as a Board Member for CUNY School of Public Health. Gil received a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and Economics from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
