Graham Ferguson

Graham has over 30 years' experience in the financial and technology markets, corporate governance and venture investing in technology-based companies. Graham joined the board of FD Technologies in 2008 as Chief Financial Officer and played a fundamental role in development and delivery of the growth strategy for the business whose revenue grew 25 times during his tenure. During his career he has been extensively involved in corporate acquisitions, restructurings, developing strategic partnerships, investment activities and latterly established and ran the FD Technologies Venture Fund. He formerly held senior roles with KPMG, Bank of Ireland and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
