About
Since he founded the firm in 2012, Mr. Cohen has served as CEO of Rambleside Real Estate, directly overseeing all aspects of the business. Since inception, the firm has executed over $500 million of principal commercial real estate debt and equity transactions, including The Brewster (Manhattan, NY – Mixed Use Building), Clarendon Gardens (Brooklyn, NY – Multifamily Apartments), Alden Place (Durham, NC – Multifamily Apartments), and Autumn Park (Charlotte, NC – Multifamily Apartments), among many others. Immediately prior to founding Rambleside, Mr. Cohen spent approximately 5 years at Cerberus Capital Management, a $30 billion investment manager, where he was involved in a variety of large and complex transactions in real estate, private equity, direct lending, and secondary market distressed debt.
