Guillaume is a former operator and spent 11 years as President of Canton Cooperage and US General Manager for Taransaud, expanding their wine business and building a US spirits division. Prior to that, he spent 10 years in Corporate & Investment Banking at BNP Paribas, leading 25+ acquisition financings and syndicated transactions across 12+ jurisdictions. A French Foreign Trade Advisor, wine taster and member of international tasting juries, he brings operational depth, industry knowledge and financial rigour to every investment.
