Haleli is Partner and co-founder at BFP & Co, a corporate law firm. She serves as General Counsel to several high profile clients and provides strategic counseling at the board level. Haleli represents key Fortune 500 international corporations, investors (funds and wealthy individuals) and several mid-size and fast-growing enterprises in a wide range of industries. She is deeply involved in both strategic decision-making and implementation levels with her clients, in both commercial and legal aspects. Haleli periodically lectures at universities and various business forums on corporate and business law, and technology and regulatory issues. She holds an LLB from the Hebrew University at Jerusalem and is a certified member of the Israeli Bar Association.
