Mr. Gao Han joined CMC Capital in 2020 and is currently Managing Director and Head of Legal at CMC Capital. Before joining CMC Capital, he was a partner at the Hong Kong office of Kirkland & Ellis, focusing mainly on private funds and M&A-related business. In addition to being responsible for legal and risk control, Gao Han also takes part in every stage of the company's operations and of fundraising, investment, management and exit, and is responsible for CMC Capital's development in the Greater Bay Area.
