With over 17 years of experience in synthetic chemistry and industrial R&D, Hemal leads the technical vetting of chemical assets for o2h Ventures. He specializes in the scientific evaluation of early-stage programmes, leveraging his extensive background in managing global research collaborations to assess the scalability and technical rigor of potential investments. Previously a senior scientist at Piramal Discovery Solutions, Hemal has spearheaded large-scale chemistry initiatives for global partners, providing him with the unique insight required to bridge the gap between complex laboratory R&D and strategic investment. He earned his Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Kadi Sarva University.
