Hillary is a sailor, surfer, and former competitive Alpine skier who brings her passion to win to être Venture Capital. She co-founded être to dismantle barriers that constrain innovation, focusing on the undercapitalization of women and minority founders, and entrepreneurs solving real-world challenges through manufacturing critical technologies. She is hands-on with portfolio companies, helping to shape strategy, drive profitability, and engineer exits using an extensive network of subject-matter experts built through 20+ years in the startup ecosystem including as an advisor to high-growth startups in the California Tech Futures Group.
