Ilana Stern

Ilana Stern is a General Partner at Salt VC. She came to venture as a founder herself - Salt VC backed her at the seed stage, and she joined as a General Partner after her exit. Ilana is also a lecturer in entrepreneurship at Stanford GSB. Before venture, Ilana was the Founder and CEO of Weddington Way, a direct-to-consumer commerce brand acquired by Gap Inc. (NYSE: GAP). Ilana holds an MBA from Stanford GSB and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania.
