Jackie began her career at KPMG, where she audited venture capital firms and built a strong technical foundation in fund accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. It was there that she developed a deep understanding of the inner workings of investment firms and discovered a passion for the operational side of venture capital. She later joined Top Tier Capital Partners as Controller, where she helped oversee fund operations and strengthen internal processes. In this role, Jackie became known for her ability to bring structure and clarity to complex financial systems while supporting the broader investment team. Today, Jackie serves as Controller at Futaleufu Partners, where she manages fund accounting and financial operations while helping ensure the firm’s processes scale alongside its continued growth. She enjoys building efficient systems and collaborating with talented teams to create strong operational foundations.
