Jackson Gates is the Founder and Managing Partner of Manresa Ventures, an early stage venture capital firm focused on fintech, payments, e-commerce software and adjacent technologies. Over the past 25 years, Jackson has built technology startups at all levels including: founder, CEO, executive and investor. As an operator Jackson served as VP of Strategic Partnerships & Corporate Development at Affirm following Affirm’s acquisition of the startup he founded, Sweep Inc. He was also on the early team at Pandora as VP of Business Development and Corporate Development through the company’s IPO in 2011.
