Jakub Zawadzki

About

Jakub is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia. KPM Law Office is his first full-time job as an attorney which he started in 2015, prior to which he completed couple minor internships. He specializes in commercial law, with particular emphasis on the law of commercial companies, new technologies and the Internet law as well as copyright issues. On a daily basis, he deals with legal services for commercial law entities, legal advice for venture capital and private equity investment funds and supports the preparation of capital investments from the legal side.
