Mr. Tramuto is a co-founder of BroadVail Capital Partners and serves as a Managing Partner. Prior to forming BroadVail, Mr. Tramuto worked at Jones Lang LaSalle (“JLL”) in the real estate investment banking division. He was responsible for sourcing, structuring, and executing asset level joint ventures in addition to co-managing JLL’s joint venture equity placement team. Prior to that, Mr. Tramuto worked at CBRE Capital Markets, where he was responsible for debt and equity origination for real estate assets across the US.
