As Founder and Chair of the Board of Good & Well, James guides our vision and strategy, while providing strategic support to entrepreneurs in the G&W portfolio. James also serves as Chair of the Board of Benefit Systems, which he established in 2004 while working in Poland. Under James’ leadership, Benefit Systems became one of the first publicly-listed B Corps in Europe. Previously, James worked as an advisor to the Polish Government on privatization and corporate restructuring issues, served as President of a fund management company and business incubator in Poland, and worked with Bain & Co. in Boston and London. James received his B.A. from Amherst College and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
