Jana is the Executive Assistant to the Founding Partners at January Capital, where she plays a key role in enabling leadership effectiveness and driving operational excellence across the firm. Prior to joining January Capital, Jana served as Executive Assistant to the CEO at Glints, providing high-level executive support, managing office operations, and leading internal initiatives across cross-functional teams. She brings a diverse background spanning administration, marketing, and events across both corporate and creative sectors. Jana graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, with a Minor in Theatre Studies, from the National University of Singapore.
