About
Jason Bonayer, Venture Partner at Blockchain Builders Fund, is a veteran blockchain dealmaker, founder, and investor since 2013. Jason has built and backed companies across blockchain infrastructure, mining, venture investing, and real estate. He founded Carbyne Capital in 2016, one of the largest private crypto-mining operations in the U.S., with over $70M in AUM. He also founded Communisea, a global think tank of blockchain thought leaders focused on positive systemic change. In 2019, Jason co-founded a Swiss blockchain venture capital fund with $20M in AUM that generated a 7.5x MOIC. He has also served as Director at Bitcoin.com. Jason brings additional investment experience through his role at Starlight Real Estate Advisors, where he has worked with one of the world’s largest REITs on the integration of blockchain technologies.
