About
Jason has run 4 startups with 3 exits. His first startup FlightCaster, a big data and machine learning company, was in one of the earliest Y Combinator batches and exited in 2009. His second company RedisToGO was a developer Tools company that sold in 2012. Next he built 42Floors, a commercial real estate search engine that sold to Knotel in 2018, where he stayed as CTO. Jason is now an operator-investor, splitting his time between investing at Peak State where he’s led investments in Mosaic, Ironclad, Snapdocs, Mighty Buildings, Sonder, and more and hacking away at a new developer tool startup called Changebase. Jason is a 2x alumnus of Y Combinator and holds a bachelor’s degree from Duke University and an MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business.
