JP worked with McKinsey in the US and Europe for nearly 18 years, serving as the Managing Director for Central and Eastern Europe. In 2010, he joined PPF as a shareholder. Throughout his career, he has held advisory, investment, and CEO roles in various sectors, including retail, banking, insurance, manufacturing, and real estate. He has served on the boards of couple London-listed companies and gained personal experience in IPOs, M&A, and funding. In his leisure time, he enjoys playing tennis, skiing in deep powder, and running. Additionally, he has a strong passion for education and has served on the board of trustees for several international schools.
