About
An entrepreneur, professor, and author, Jeff has lived the journey from inception to IPO. He serves on the Harvard Business School faculty where he teaches Launching Technology Ventures, a popular MBA class on entrepreneurship and AI. Prior to co-founding Flybridge, Jeff co-founded Upromise, a loyalty marketing and financial services firm that was acquired by Sallie Mae and was an executive team member at e-commerce pioneer Open Market (IPO 1996).
