Jenny Zeng is the Founder and Managing Partner of MSA Capital, where she oversees all China investments. Jenny has over 20 years of investment and operational experience. Jenny was the first Executive Director of China Venture Capital and Private Equity Association and founded one of the first boutique investment banking firms in China. She was an early investor in many sector leading companies in China, such as Nio (NYSE: NIO), Yidu Cloud (SEHK: 2158), BOSS Zhipin (NASDAQ: BZ), Pyrotech and Sironax. Jenny was recognized as one of the 30 Most Influential Investors in China in 2022 by Forbes. Under her leadership, MSA was awarded “2021 Firm of the Year - China” and “2021 Exit of the Year - Asia” by Private Equity International.
