Jim Barsness is a highly accomplished finance executive with more than 11 years of progressive experience across a broad range of industries and company sizes. Prior, Jim was a Vice President at a Dallas-based middle market private equity firm where he focused on sourcing, underwriting and managing investments across the capital structure. He also spent several years at a boutique investment bank and started his career at a Big 4 accounting firm.
