I started BuildGroup with Lanham because I wanted to have the Rackspace experience again...but many times! We have been building companies for 30 years and wanted the opportunity to give this experience to other entrepreneurs. I love working with companies as they emerge from chaos into scale. Supporting leaders and their teams through this process is incredibly motivating and satisfying.
