At Pacific Alliance Ventures, Jin oversees all investment activities and firm operations. He manages key relationships with founders, investors, and global partners while shaping PAV’s long-term strategy and cross-border initiatives with Shinsegae Group. He also serves as CEO of PK Retail Holdings, Shinsegae’s U.S. holding company with a retail portfolio that includes Bristol Farms, New Seasons Market, Metropolitan Market, Lazy Acres Natural Market, and New Leaf Community Markets. In addition, he is a board member of Shafer Vineyard, the Napa Valley winery acquired by Shinsegae Group. Before founding PAV, Jin held multiple roles across Shinsegae Group’s headquarters, including financing, M&A, investments, FP&A, and IR. Prior to Shinsegae, he worked as an Investment Banker at Samsung Securities.
