About
Joe Moore serves on the investment committee and is responsible for the development of deal structure. He evaluates the investment potential of companies seeking funding and also consults with the members of the management team on financial analysis, deal structure, and documentation. Prior to joining Martin Ventures in 2014, Mr. Moore was Executive Vice President at Vanguard Health Systems where he was tasked with the areas of risk management, facilities development, and capital expenditures deployment. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer and was responsible for all financial functions of the company. Prior to his 16 years with Vanguard, Mr. Moore spent 27 years in the healthcare industry at HCA serving in the areas of operations, acquisitions, development and capital deployment. Mr. Moore has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brescia University.
