Joe brings to True 20+ years’ experience working with high growth tech companies and the VC and PE firms that back them. As co-CEO, Joe helps oversee True’s strategic direction; drive innovation and growth initiatives; and ensure operational alignment with short and long-term business objectives. Prior to founding True, Joe and co-founder Brad Stadler built IronHill Partners, a national retained search firm acquired by Heidrick & Struggles (NASDAQ: HSII) in 2008.
