Joe Riggione is executive vice chair and co-founder of True Platform, one of the most distinctive growth stories in the executive talent industry. Joe helped lead True’s evolution into one of the largest global executive talent management platforms, recognized for pairing leadership impact with a people-first culture. Joe is also co-founder and General Partner of True Equity, an investment fund providing indexed exposure to top-tier venture capital investments. He serves on the board of the HEADstrong Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to improving lives affected by cancer. Prior to founding True, Brad and co-founder Joe Riggione established and built IronHill Partners, a national retained search firm acquired by Heidrick & Struggles (NASDAQ: HSII) in 2008.
