Johan Heirbrandt

About

Johan brings more than 25 years of successful experience in private equity and M&A, having completed over 50 transactions involving SMEs across a wide range of sectors, including retail, internet and manufacturing. For many years, he was a Partner at a Belgian private equity firm. Prior to that, Johan worked at Mitiska Group, a retail-focused investment company, and served as Investment Manager at Net Fund Europe, an internet investment fund. He began his career in Investment Banking at BBL, now ING. Johan holds degrees in Civil Engineering and Commercial Engineering, as well as a Master's in Financial Management from Vlerick Business School.
