John Michael Harlow, JD, one of Harbright’s three founding partners, is a seasoned executive and legal counselor with extensive experience in corporate growth and regulatory affairs. He holds a Juris Doctor from Louisiana State University and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. John Michael is a Fuqua Scholar. As an attorney in New Orleans and Raleigh, he advised companies across various industries, with a primary focus on healthcare. During his tenure as Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel at Affordable Care, he played a pivotal role in expanding the organization from 65 dental practices in 16 states to 175 offices in 38 states with 1,400 employees, culminating in a private equity exit in 2011.
