Jon attributes his success as an investor to his ability to build strong relationships with the founders and management teams of the companies he invests in. He strives to be a trusted and supportive partner who provides valuable strategic guidance and operational support to help his portfolio companies grow and succeed. Prior to launching Genesis, Jon has held positions at Adit Ventures, USAA, Intel, Deloitte Consulting and Bank of America. He has an undergraduate degree from NYU and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
