Jordan leads deal sourcing, analysis, structuring, and the due diligence process. He provides ongoing support of existing investments and engages with portfolio companies through operational advice, customer introductions, recruiting candidates, and assistance with financial initiatives. Prior to joining Martin Ventures, Mr. Lipson served as an Operations Analyst for United Surgical Partners International, where he focused on the development, strategy, and day-to-day operations of outpatient surgery centers. Prior to USPI, Mr. Lipson served as an Investment Banking Analyst at Nymex Capital.
