Josh Rowan is a Managing Partner of Cedar Park Capital. Prior to founding Cedar Park, he worked at Dune Real Estate Partners, where he focused on real estate investments across a variety of sectors. Previously he worked in Real Estate Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree from the Wharton School with a thesis in Fine Arts from the College of Arts & Sciences.
