Kamil leads Zayn VC’s investment pipeline from origination through exit, covering due diligence, unit economics analysis, competitive benchmarking, and portfolio company support. He authors investment memoranda and macro research for the Investment Committee and works closely with portfolio companies on strategic pivots, follow-on fundraising, and operational scaling. He also manages fund audit and compliance processes including IFRS valuations and financial reporting. Prior to Zayn VC, Kamil built experience across digital assets and B2B growth. He serves as a Partner and Mentor at the National Incubation Centre (NIC) Islamabad and holds a B.A. in International Relations from Bilkent University, Ankara.
