Over 18 years he founded 10 companies, including CAE Systems (sold), Cirrus Logic (IPO), NeoMagic (IPO) and Centillium (IPO), and boasts a record of creating up to USD 8.3 billion in shareholder value at peak. In 1999 he founded GCP together with Osawa and serves as Chairman. He has deep ties with Japanese companies and has visited Japan more than 100 times. He also served as Co-Chair of the UN/GAID.
