Just before joining AV in 2022, Kate was the UK CEO of Jobandtalent (one of Spain’s main unicorns), where she grew revenue 80x in four years to €40M/month, leading a team of 500 people. Prior to that, Kate developed extensive operational experience. She was the CEO of the online subscription service for women's beauty products Glossybox (which she helped launch for Rocket Internet), the co-founder of the food hospitality company The Continental Pantry, and the Head of Strategy (working for the VC fund Better Capital) of fashion company Jaeger. After graduating from Oxford, Kate was an Investment Analyst in Goldman Sachs’ private equity team in London and part of Credit Suisse’s wealth management team in Zurich
